How to Use ELEV8
It is recommended to introduce the supplement gradually so that the body can adjust to the ingredients at its own pace.
The ingredients in " Elev8 " have powerful cleansing properties, which is why some people may experience temporary reactions resulting from the body's cleansing process—such as a skin rash, fatigue, a mild headache, or digestive discomfort.
This is a natural part of the body's adjustment to the new nutritional formula and usually subsides within 1–2 weeks. To minimize these unpleasant sensations when you first start using the product, it is recommended that you split the capsules during the initial phase of supplementation.
Dosage schedule:
Days 1–7: 1/3 capsule per day
Days 8–14: 1/2 capsule per day
Starting in the 3rd week: 1 full capsule per day
How do you split a capsule?
Open the capsule and pour its contents onto a clean piece of paper. Divide the powder into 3 or 4 portions and dissolve one portion in a glass of warm water.
Take it in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. The capsule shell contains a lot of valuable chlorophyll; it is made from algae and can be placed under the tongue until it dissolves.
After 14 days, you can swallow the capsule with a glass of water.
If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, or skin conditions—start with 1/4 of a capsule, and then increase the dose each week.
Additional Tips
- Do not take this supplement in the evening, as it may give you a burst of energy and make it difficult to fall asleep.
- Drink more water—preferably about 2 liters a day. This helps your body detox naturally.
