How to use ELEV8
It is recommended to introduce the supplement gradually, so that your body can comfortably get used to the ingredients.
Elev8 ingredients have cleansing properties, which is why some people experience temporary reactions resulting from body cleansing – e.g. skin rash, fatigue, mild headache or digestive discomfort.
This is a natural stage of the body getting used to the new nutritional formula and usually goes away within 1–2 weeks. To minimize these unpleasant sensations at the beginning of product use, it is recommended to divide the capsules during the initial phase of supplementation.
Introduction schedule:
Days 1–7: 1/3 capsule daily
Days 8–14: 1/2 capsule daily
From week 3: 1 full capsule daily
How to divide the capsule?
Open the capsule and pour its contents onto a clean piece of paper. Divide the powder into 3 or 4 portions and dissolve one portion in a glass of warm water.
Take in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. The capsule shell contains a lot of valuable chlorophyll, is made from algae, and can be placed under the tongue until it dissolves.
After 14 days, the capsule can be swallowed and washed down with water.
Important information: A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of small children.
Caffeine information: The product contains approximately 150 mg of plant-based caffeine per capsule. It is recommended to take Elev8 at least 6 hours before bedtime (preferably in the morning).
